STORY SYNOPSIS

In Scydonia, an intercontinental city war is raging, carried out by relic driven giant catapults as well as sabotage, magic and other trickery.

Your goal as a city leader, is to destroy your opponents 4 guild towers that contain the knowledge about their crafts and perhaps insight about Scydonias fate and why the world is coming to an end...

MECHANICS

Physics, building and aiming skills as well as strategy, are the core elements of this catapult action game.

While being a competitive game by nature, with its 3 different game modes, with more or less complexity, Walls of Scydonia can also be played casual and you can learn the game easily and add more features whenever you feel ready.

GOAL

Destroy all enemy towers within a maximum of  10 rounds or have more towers left when round 10 ends.

SETUP

You start the battle with your 4 towers, 2 supports of each guild and 24 wall stones.

Place your towers wisely, they usually stay there for the whole game. Choose 1/16 cities you will represent, providing you with 1 out of 4 guild specialties and a unique city ability, each to be used once during the game.

PREPARATION PHASE

In each preparation phase, you'll get 2 strategy cards and may obtain 2 coins.

In each round you'll have 4 action points available to spend.

Now it is up to you, to spend your coins to get a tower upgrade, more wall stones or more strategy cards. You can also save the coins and spend them later.

While a tower upgrade makes your tower more stable, provides you with additional supports and on level 3 unlocks that guilds supershot, wall stones mean a stronger defense in general and additional cards might give you a huge strategic advantage.

Make the best decisions based on your knowledge and plans and spend your action points wisely.
